DJ FELTZ – EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all tickets purchased for events organised and promoted by DJ FELTZ (“the Promoter”).

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:

## 1. Tickets & Entry

– All tickets must be purchased via the official ticket link provided by the Promoter.
– Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket (digital or printed).
– The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone without a valid ticket.

## 2. Age Restrictions

– Events may be restricted to 18+ only.
– Valid ID (passport or driving licence) may be required on entry.
– Anyone unable to provide valid ID may be refused entry without refund.

## 3. Event Times

– Event start and end times will be clearly stated on the ticket.
– Last entry times may apply and will be communicated in advance.
– The Promoter reserves the right to adjust timings if necessary.

## 4. Refund Policy

– All ticket purchases are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation.
– If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
– Refunds will not be issued for:
– Late arrival
– Refusal of entry
– Change of personal circumstances

## 5. Event Changes

– The Promoter reserves the right to make changes to:
– Line-up
– Venue layout
– Event format

– Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

## 6. Behaviour & Conduct

– All attendees must behave responsibly and respectfully.
– The venue and Promoter reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who:
– Is intoxicated
– Is acting aggressively or inappropriately
– Fails to comply with venue rules

– No refunds will be given in such cases.

## 7. Security & Safety

– Security searches may be carried out on entry.
– Prohibited items (e.g. drugs, weapons) will not be allowed.
– Anyone found in possession of illegal substances will be removed and may be reported to authorities.

## 8. Photography & Media

– Events may be filmed and photographed for promotional purposes.
– By attending, you consent to the use of your image in marketing, social media, and promotional materials.

## 9. Liability

– The Promoter is not responsible for:
– Loss, theft or damage to personal belongings
– Injury sustained at the event unless caused by negligence

– Attendees enter the event at their own risk.

## 10. Ticket Resale

– Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without permission.
– The Promoter reserves the right to cancel tickets that are resold unlawfully.

## 11. Force Majeure

– The Promoter shall not be liable for cancellation or changes due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to:
– Weather conditions
– Government restrictions
– Venue issues

## 12. Data Protection

– Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
– By purchasing tickets, you agree to the processing of your data for event management purposes.
